Make sure your Eye Wash Station devise is ANSI approved and that you have a policy on hand and the manufacturer’s guidelines. You must ensure that the unit is hooked up to cold water flow only. As always for surgery center accreditation you must keep a log documenting at minimum weekly inspections to verify that you have flushed the line to verify proper operations.
