You want to make sure that your manual fire pull station inside your surgery center is within 5 feet of the exit door opening and mounted between 42 inches and 54 inches above the floor level. The fire pull station required to be at the exit door leading to outside the center or suite. The manual fire pull station must be in position at each building exit in the natural path of travel and must be obvious to see.
